Coldfusion Developer
Kimon Tinker has been involved in computer software development for over twenty-six years. Mr. Tinker has been designing dynamic, database driven web sites using Coldfusion for twelve years. In addition to software development, he has been involved in systems integration, project management, database modeling and leading web development teams.
Mr. Tinker has gained Travel Industry experience while at Upchurch Corporation, developing automation systems for Percival Tours, Upchurch Travel, Jackson Travel, and Virtuoso. While at Allied Percival International, he created TIPS (Travel Information and Productivity System) that was an organization tool for leisure travel agencies. American Airlines later modeled their CMS (Customer Management System) after TIPS.
Mr. Tinker also developed a comprehensive corporate reporting system that was a post-travel analysis for fare savings, top five destinations, air carriers, hotel chains and car rental companies.
While at Virutoso, he was Director of Information Systems and lead a team of ColdFusion developers in creating APInet, that earned the cover story on May, 1998 Travel Agent Magazine, as 'Masters of the Web'. His team continued with other sites, APItravel.com, PARTNERnet, REFERRALnet, STAFFnet, CLIENTnet, SUPPORTnet and MANAGEnet, a Travel Conference System, all supporting the needs for the Travel Consortium.
Mr. Tinker has developed large intranets, Churchlogix and Diamond H Recognition intranet, that has enabled employees to work and do their jobs anywhere they have an internet connection.
Currently, Mr. Tinker consults and develops Coldfusion 8 web applications for a government agency. |
