Brochures by campaign showing program year and award level with status.

Brochure preview.  The entire brochure is created from data queried with Coldfusion, from a SQL 2005 database and presented with HTML div tags.  Images are stored in a high resolution JPG format on a Scene 7 image server.  Coldfusion calculates the page size, image size and location to create a preview in print format.

Brochure design with product layout per customer, per program, per award level.  Javascript is used to move and size the images and the x,y coordinates with scale information is then recorded in the database.

Product Management system.  Managed the product attributes, including description, product image and emblem placement.

Edit Product image.  The black box represents the image canvas, the red box shows crop lines.  The emblem place holder indicated where the customer’s custom emblem would overlay the product image to create the final print image.

Email Notification System.  Each employee sees the notification they are signed up for.  Each process in the intranet has an email notification.  Users then can subscribe or un-subscribe to notifications based on their job role or interest.

Website Administration – Dynamic modules used to create separate sections of the intranet.

Each module can have side navigation buttons with ordering and section breaks.

Edit a Button form to have the button name dynamic and with what script is call, and what permission the user has to have in order to see the button.

Text on many areas of the intranet can have dynamic content controlled by this admin.

Security System with groups of permissions for different user roles.

Each security group shows employees in and not in that group.

A Permission can be included in one or many groups.

Product scale and be adjusted for display on the brochures.  This allows all product images to go on a standard size canvas and the image scale will adjust the image size accordingly.

Image assets are typed for each grouping and selection when building the brochure.

Print queue management with status and checks to insure all product information is current at time of printing.

Print queue can show a list of customers who currently have their brochure being worked on, thus are on ‘Hold’.

Client Services dashboard shows meters on the flow of brochures, along with the printer status, any special retirement award requests and a list of the most current feedback from award recipients.

Solicitation Schedule System ensures the employees due for their years of service award are processed on time.

Email notification to supervisors when solicitation materials are shipped out.

Employee data customers are imported into the system and sent thru several business rules to insure data is clean and formatted properly.

SQL statements can be stored and run on import records for data scrubbing.
